Full-time | $60,000-$75,000 base + performance bonus | In-person at our Delray Beach headquarters
Personal Physician Care is a family-owned and operated, independent multi-specialty practice serving South Florida since 1985 - founded by Dr. David Neuman and still led by the Neuman family today. We are not a hospital chain, and we are not private equity. We are a group of 12+ physicians across three locations - Delray Beach, Boca Raton, and Hallandale Beach - spanning internal medicine, endocrinology, and pulmonology, with over 1,100 Google reviews. We are hiring a growth marketer to own the numbers behind our next chapter.
The role:
- Grow our concierge medicine membership program - our biggest strategic priority
- Drive cash-pay programs: physician-supervised weight loss, peptide therapy, HRT, IV infusion, and longevity services
- Build overall patient volume as we head into open enrollment season
- Plan and run campaigns across Google, Meta, email/SMS, and local community channels
- Own the funnel: cost per lead, cost per acquired member, ROI by program
- Work directly with ownership - no layers, no agency middlemen. Your ideas ship in days, not quarters.
Why this job stands out:
- Direct access to ownership in a family business that has operated independently for 40 years
- A real product to market: 1,100+ Google reviews, in-house lab, imaging, clinical trials, an in-house pharmacist, and specialists under one roof
- A growth story already in motion - concierge membership and cash-pay wellness programs are launching now, and you build the engine
- Full benefits: health, dental, vision, paid time off
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years in growth, performance, or lifecycle marketing - healthcare, wellness, medspa, or membership/subscription businesses strongly preferred
- Hands-on with paid acquisition (Google Ads, Meta) and email/SMS platforms
- Comfortable owning a number: you set targets, track spend, and report ROI
- Sound judgment around healthcare marketing rules (HIPAA-aware), or the ability to get there fast
- Local to South Florida - this role works in person from our Delray Beach office
- Bonus: experience marketing concierge medicine, cash-pay medical programs, or open-enrollment campaigns
Compensation: Base salary of $60,000-$75,000 depending on experience, plus a performance bonus tied to membership and program growth.

Wellness Manager Jobs in Florida: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a wellness manager in Florida?
The most common path in Florida starts with a bachelor's degree in health promotion, public health, kinesiology, or a related field, followed by a nationally recognized credential such as the Certified Health Education Specialist or Certified Wellness Practitioner designation. Florida does not issue a state-specific wellness manager license, but many employers, particularly large health systems and resort operators, treat those credentials as a hiring requirement. Candidates who combine a degree with direct program management experience in a Florida workplace setting move through hiring processes faster.
Which companies hire wellness managers in Florida?
Florida wellness manager roles are posted by Earthbar, PNC Financial Services, and Troon and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Florida's mix of large health systems, hospitality corporations, and self-insured employers makes it one of the more active states for ongoing wellness manager hiring.
Which Florida cities have the most wellness manager jobs?
Tampa, Miami, and Orlando lead Florida for wellness manager openings. Miami's density of multinational corporate offices and large resort properties drives most of the demand there, Tampa's growing insurance and financial services sector produces strong corporate wellness hiring, and Orlando's hospitality and theme park industry supports large in-house wellness teams that hire regularly.
Are there remote wellness manager jobs in Florida?
Yes, but they're rare. About 14% of wellness manager openings tied to Florida are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, reflecting that most roles involve direct program delivery, on-site fitness center oversight, or in-person employee engagement. The parts of the role most likely to go remote are benefits strategy, vendor management, and data reporting responsibilities within larger wellness departments.
How can I get hired as a wellness manager in Florida with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry point is a wellness coordinator or health promotion specialist role at a large Florida health system or resort operator, where you support program delivery before managing it independently. AdventHealth and HCA Florida both run new-graduate development tracks that place candidates from accredited health promotion programs into junior wellness roles. Candidates transitioning from fitness management, occupational therapy assistant, or benefits administration backgrounds have a natural lateral path. Earning a Certified Health Education Specialist credential before applying gives candidates a measurable edge over others at the same experience level.
Where can I find and apply to wellness manager jobs in Florida?
You can find and apply to wellness manager jobs in Florida on Migrate Mate, which lists current Florida openings updated regularly. Find the roles that fit your experience and target city, then apply directly to each one.
