Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent, prefer Bachelors Degree. Five years executive administrative office experience, prefer 2 years or more medical executive administrative experience. Experience working with medical records and complex legal cases a plus.
Required skills: Strong Microsoft Office product skills. Organized, deadline driven, ability to work with confidential and sensitive information appropriately, strong attention to detail, Self starter, Role Model for the practice, excellent Customer Service skills. Ability to multi-task and change priorities quickly and effectively. Knowledge of HIPAA, Medical Records and Medical Terminology is a plus. Bilingual preferred.
