SUMMARY OF POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITY
The Account Coordinator for Single Family Cabinets at Allied Interior Solutions is responsible for supporting customers, project managers, sales teams, and field operations throughout the cabinet order and installation process for residential single-family construction projects. This role ensures accurate order processing, scheduling coordination, communication with builders, and timely resolution of issues to help projects stay on schedule and within scope.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Coordinate cabinet orders for single-family residential construction projects from start to finish.
- Communicate with builders, installers, and internal departments regarding schedules, deliveries, and project updates.
- Review plans, specifications, and selections to ensure order accuracy.
- Enter and maintain project information, purchase orders, and customer records in company systems.
- Schedule field measures, deliveries, service work, and installations.
- Track project timelines and follow up on outstanding items to ensure completion deadlines are met.
- Assist with resolving customer concerns, damages, and warranty issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare reports, job files, and documentation as required.
- Support the Operations and Sales teams with administrative and customer service functions.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams through professional communication and follow-through.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS, AND/OR TRAINING)
Required Education:
- High School diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
Required Experience:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service, account coordination, construction, cabinetry, or residential building industry preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems, scheduling software, or construction management systems is a plus.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of cabinet products, measurements, and installation processes.
- Understanding of residential construction schedules and builder expectations.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
