Account Executive Jobs in Pittsburgh, PA

M3T Corporation is seeking to add three account executives to their team. One will be based in Central PA, one in Virginia, and another in Pittsburgh. Ideally, the successful candidates will be in place in early August 2026. Our hiring process is thorough but moves quickly for the right candidate.

About you:

You are an accomplished account executive with the ability to work from initially; a home office located within your region and travel to visit customers and prospects 60 to 80% of the month. You have an ability to prospect consistently on the phone, in person, and at company trade events to a level reaching 250 or more contacts per week. Contact volume tails to 75/week as successes grow; business development behaviors decline as account growth work grows. Knowledge of the security industry, primarily in access control, video systems, visitor management systems, radar and drone detection systems, network and cybersecurity is preferred but not required. If you have a history of sales success in complex, multi-call selling environments, the ability to learn quickly, and retain knowledge you should apply.

You are adept at selling solutions that exceed $20,000 to upwards of $1,000,000. You are well spoken and have high energy levels. People consider you a leader, and you consider the vertical markets you serve as your personal business. You are accustomed to tracking your selling behavior and metrics as a source of effectiveness and improvements. While already operating at a high level, you understand and accept training and coaching as a source of constant growth.

You must have the desire to earn in excess of $90,000 in base pay and commissions. Our top earners in the field regularly surpass $150,000 in yearly earnings excluding company benefits. Account executives who failed to earn at a high level are not kept at M3T Corporation, as our reputation, line of equipment, and sales programs provide ample opportunity for selling.

Pay: $65,000.00 per year
