I opened my agency in 2010 and currently lead a team of 10. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, and I've always been passionate about developing people and helping them build successful careers. I'm a graduate of the University of South Carolina, a proud husband and father of three, and enjoy fishing, hiking, and traveling with my family.
Investing in our community is just as important as investing in our team. I'm actively involved with the Minerva Area Chamber of Commerce, serve on the boards of Junior Achievement of North Central Ohio and the Massillon Museum, and volunteer every Friday at Jackson High School mentoring students through the Junior Achievement entrepreneurship program.
Our agency offers major medical health insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid vacation, sick leave and holidays, annual raises, salary plus commission and bonus opportunities, professional development, private offices for our sales team, and daily leads with no outside sales or cold calling. Three former team members have gone on to become State Farm agents, and we love helping people grow.
Our culture is positive, supportive, and focused on long-term success. I believe happy people are the most successful, and I work hard to create an environment where people enjoy coming to work every day. I'm looking for motivated, coachable, team-oriented individuals who are eager to grow and build a lasting career.

Entry Level Account Representative Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get an entry level account representative job?
Employers hiring at the entry level look for candidates who can communicate clearly, stay organized, and learn a sales or client management process quickly. Internship experience in sales, customer service, or business development gives you a concrete edge. Highlight any experience managing relationships, hitting goals, or working with CRM tools, even in a part-time or volunteer setting. A cover letter that shows genuine enthusiasm for the specific industry helps you stand out early.
Which companies hire entry level account representatives?
Companies hiring entry level account representatives right now include State Farm, Thryv, and Crown Equipment, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Hiring at this level covers staffing firms, SaaS companies, insurance providers, logistics businesses, and regional distributors, many of which run structured onboarding programs designed to develop new talent from the ground up.
Are there remote entry level account representative jobs?
Yes, though on-site roles are still common at this level. About 35% of entry level account representative openings are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, with remote positions more prevalent in technology, software, and insurance sectors. Hybrid roles that blend in-office training with remote flexibility are especially common for candidates who are newer to client-facing work and benefit from closer mentorship.
Are these new grad account representative jobs?
Yes, these include new grad, recent graduate, and junior roles. A posting is new-grad friendly when it welcomes zero to two years of experience, accepts internships or part-time work as qualifying background, or explicitly invites candidates who are early in their careers. If a listing mentions training programs, mentorship, or on-the-job development, that is a strong signal the employer is actively building from the entry level up.
Which industries hire the most entry level account representatives?
Entry Level account representative roles concentrate in Insurance, Healthcare & Medical Services, and News & Publishing, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Those sectors drive hiring at this level because their revenue models depend on consistent client outreach and account growth, creating steady demand for candidates who can be trained into the role and developed into longer-term relationship managers.
