Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare, process, and send invoices.
- Process vendor payments and keep track of outstanding bills.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Track and update daily jobs and work schedules.
- Maintain organized financial documents, receipts, and paperwork.
- Communicate with vendors regarding invoices and payments.
- Assist with general administrative and accounting tasks.
- Ensure all records and transactions are accurate and up to date.
Requirements
- Accounting and finance experience, or relevant experience with accounting administrative tasks
- Understanding of double-entry bookkeeping, balance sheet reconciliation
- Microsoft Office and spreadsheet skills;
- 1 Year experience in online QuickBooks.
Pay: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour
