Work You'll Do
As a Lead Analytics and Insights Engineer II you will serve as technical lead and agent architect across the team's projects, currently including a multi-agent research platform using LangGraph, FastAPI, and Docker. You will make foundational technical decisions on each effort, stay engaged through implementation and code review, and owns project schedules, phase-gate reviews, and team ceremonies in the absence of a dedicated program manager. You will also be expected to lead architecture across additional builds as the client scope expands.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of progressive experience in software and application development including operating in Agile methodology
- 2+ years of experience contributing to the development of AI Agents or Prompt Engineering
- Active Top Secret security clearance required
- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a work model that requires professionals to co-locate in person 5 days per week in Fairfax, VA.
- Ability to travel 5-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- Experience with Docker and containerization
- Experience with Python

This compensation range is specific to Arlington, VA and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.A reasonable estimate of the current range is$151,500 to $252,500.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
