Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Area Manager to oversee the operations of multiple bowling and entertainment centers within a growing organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader who is ready to step into a larger role and make a direct impact on sales growth, team development, operational excellence, cleanliness, and the overall guest experience.
The Area Manager will partner with General Managers and leadership teams across multiple locations to ensure each center operates at a high standard while achieving company goals and delivering an exceptional experience to every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of multiple bowling and entertainment centers.
- Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and management teams to achieve operational and financial goals.
- Recruit, train, develop, and retain high-performing team members while building a strong leadership pipeline.
- Drive sales growth through effective promotions, local marketing, league development, parties, events, food & beverage, and other revenue opportunities.
- Monitor key performance indicators, budgets, labor costs, sales, and profitability across assigned locations.
- Establish and maintain high standards for cleanliness, appearance, maintenance, and overall facility presentation.
- Conduct regular center visits and operational audits to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure company standards are consistently met.
- Improve guest and customer service by creating a welcoming, energetic, and consistent experience across all locations.
- Address guest concerns professionally and ensure management teams are equipped to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Identify operational challenges and implement solutions that improve efficiency, sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, food & beverage procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to execute company initiatives and support the successful opening and growth of new locations.
- Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, hospitality, and continuous improvement across all centers.

- Willingness to travel regularly between assigned locations.
