Job Type: Full-time
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Texas Finance Company is an established consumer lending company with over 50 years of operation and a proud record of stability and growth. We are seeking an experienced, dependable, Assistant Branch Manager. This is a hands-on role working directly alongside the Branch Manager in all aspects of daily branch operations - from loan underwriting and customer service to collections and support. If you have a background in consumer finance or a record of providing excellent customer service, and you're looking to build a long-term career with a company that promotes from within, we want to hear from you. A valid driver's license, ability to pass a background check, and a willingness to work occasional Saturday mornings are required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily branch operations
- Provide customer service and process loan applications
- Learn underwriting, compliance, and reporting procedures
- Handle payments, collections support, and customer outreach
- Provide coverage when the Branch Manager is out
- Participate in ongoing training and development
Qualifications
