How can I get a assistant director job in Miami with little or no experience?
The most realistic path in Miami is moving up through coordinator or program associate roles at the city's large nonprofit organizations, university departments like those at the University of Miami or Florida International University, or hospitality management teams at major hotel groups. These employers regularly promote internally and value candidates who have managed projects, supervised small teams, or led community initiatives.
