Job Description
At RETO Health and Performance, 999 Brickell Avenue, Miami, Florida; we are committed to revolutionizing healthcare by shifting the focus from treatment to prevention. We are a longevity and performance clinic where sports science, medicine and biohacking meet: every client journey starts with objective testing — body composition, cardiorespiratory fitness and physiological biomarkers — and turns into a personalized plan built by a multidisciplinary team of: medical doctors, sports scientists, biologists between others.
We are currently seeking a Clinical Director Assistant to join our clinic in Brickell - Miami, Florida. Working directly with our Clinical Director, you will own RETO's performance assessments — running the tests that define each client's starting point and track their progress — with clear opportunities to grow within the company.

Compensation: $5,000 USD / month

Responsibilities
We will start with the initial responsibilities to ensure a structured training process throughout your first months with RETO.
1. Performance Assessments
- Perform DEXA scans (body composition, bone density, regional lean and fat mass) following clinic protocols.
- Conduct VO2 Max / cardiopulmonary exercise tests (stress tests): equipment calibration, client preparation, test execution and data capture.
- Guide clients through each test, explaining what is being measured and why it matters for their health and performance.
2. Data and Client Records
- Upload results to each client's folder, keeping records complete, accurate and up to date.
- Prepare assessment data and summaries for the Clinical Director and medical team ahead of client reviews.
3. Supplier and Equipment Coordination
- Communicate with suppliers and equipment vendors: consumables, maintenance, calibration and technical service.
- Keep testing equipment, protocols and testing areas in optimal condition.
4. Clinical Support
- Support the Clinical Director in clinical and operational projects as the clinic grows.
- Stay up to date with the technology and methods used in the clinic to explain their benefits to clients and potential clients.
Preferred Background
- Experience or passion for health and sports.
- Educational background in Biology, Sports Science, Clinical Assistant, Sports Medicine or related fields.
- Solid understanding of human physiology and genuine interest in longevity and preventive health.
- Bilingual communication in Spanish and English.
