JOB DETAILS

Desired Qualifications:

- 2–5+ years of experience in construction project management or project engineering
- Experience with commercial, institutional, or specialty construction projects
- Strong working knowledge of RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Familiarity with Procore or similar construction management software
- Ability to coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal field teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred

COMPENSATION

- Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
