Responsibilities
- Oversee all Rebuild Opportunities following Mitigation/Mold/Fire Restoration Services
- Accurately scope jobs to include sketches and all necessary work to bring property back to pre-loss condition
- Assist clients with potential Capital Improvement projects
- Oversee Construction Crews to ensure the highest quality restoration
- Work with Property Managers and Building Maintenance to ensure all guidelines are followed
- Ensure all projects are completed on time and on budget
- Run multiple projects at once
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- 2+ years of experience running large projects
- Clean background check and ability to access Military Bases and Installations
- On-Call Rotation required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Great Communication and Customer Service Skills
