INTRODUCTION

In this role you will partner closely with project managers and finance team members to ensure accurate, timely billing and support the financial health of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices for assigned department managers
- Preparing client required documents
- Coordinating with assigned project managers to monitor status of receivables including posting of corrections, credit memos and write-offs
- Creating and maintaining projects in the accounting software including project billing terms and budgets
- Creating and maintaining billing tables
- Maintaining contact and communication with the assigned project managers
- Running standard reports
- Maintaining and organizing files
Some travel may be needed.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate will have:
- An associate’s degree (or higher) in accounting, finance, business, or related field —OR— at least two (2) years of accounting experience with computerized accounting systems and billing processes
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate will have any/all of the following:
- Experience with computerized financial accounting systems
- Financial management knowledge
- Experience with the engineering, architectural or construction services
- Deltek Vision software experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics

COMPENSATION
- Salary Range: $25.00 - $34.00 hourly – Actual compensation may vary due to other factors such as: experience, skill set, or location.
