Business Analyst Manager Jobs in Oklahoma: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a business analyst manager in Oklahoma?
Most business analyst managers in Oklahoma reach the role by combining a bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field with several years of hands-on analyst experience before moving into a supervisory position. Oklahoma does not require a state-issued license for this role, but earning a recognized certification such as the CBAP or PMI-PBA strengthens candidacy considerably. Large Oklahoma employers in energy, healthcare, and finance typically promote internally, so building depth in one industry accelerates the path to a management title.
How much do business analyst managers make in Oklahoma?
Business analyst managers in Oklahoma earn a median of about $99,420 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $49,260 for the lowest 10% to over $153,860 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.
Which companies hire business analyst managers in Oklahoma?
Oklahoma business analyst manager roles are posted by Love’s Travel Stops, AAON, and Northmarq and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Oklahoma City and Tulsa anchor most of the demand, driven by the state's concentrated base of energy corporations, regional health systems, and growing fintech and insurance employers.
Which Oklahoma cities have the most business analyst manager jobs?
Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and Oklahoma consistently post the most business analyst manager openings in Oklahoma. Oklahoma City dominates because of the dense concentration of corporate headquarters, state government agencies, and major health systems headquartered there, while Tulsa adds significant volume through its energy sector and financial services firms, making both cities the primary targets for candidates in this role.
Are there remote business analyst manager jobs in Oklahoma?
Yes, and more than most fields, since business analyst manager work is fundamentally analytical and communication-based rather than tied to a physical site. About 33% of business analyst manager openings tied to Oklahoma are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, reflecting a market that adapted quickly during and after the shift toward distributed teams. Strategy, requirements gathering, and stakeholder reporting are the functions most commonly performed fully remote.
How can I get hired as a business analyst manager in Oklahoma with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is moving into a business analyst manager role from a senior individual-contributor analyst position, not directly from an entry-level role. In Oklahoma, large employers like Paycom, INTEGRIS Health, and the state's major energy companies regularly post senior analyst and team lead openings that serve as direct stepping stones. Earning a CBAP or a project management credential while working as an analyst, or leading a significant internal initiative, gives candidates the evidence of leadership that hiring managers in Oklahoma require before considering a promotion into management.
Where can I find and apply to business analyst manager jobs in Oklahoma?
You can find and apply to business analyst manager jobs in Oklahoma on Migrate Mate, which lists current openings from employers hiring in the state right now. Search the available roles, identify the ones that match your experience and industry background, and apply directly to the positions that fit.
