5 Star Automotive is a growing collision repair center looking for an ambitious, motivated, and results-driven sales professional to help expand our business.
This is not a traditional customer service position. Your primary responsibility is to generate new business, build customer relationships, and help bring new customers through our doors.
If you're someone who enjoys talking to people, thrives on closing opportunities, and wants to earn commissions with no cap on your income, we want to hear from you.
Our team provides collision repair, towing, insurance claim assistance, loaner vehicles, and vehicle sales. We have the people, equipment, and experience to take care of customers—we're looking for someone who can connect those customers with our business.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and referral opportunities.
- Build trust and establish relationships over the phone.
- Explain our collision repair services and guide customers through the repair process.
- Generate appointments and convert leads into customers.
- Follow up consistently with potential customers.
- Work with insurance companies, dealerships, and referral partners when appropriate.
- Help identify new business opportunities within the community.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Assist with additional office and customer service duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous outbound sales, inside sales, or business development experience is required.
- Proven ability to close sales and build customer relationships.
- Comfortable making 50–100 outbound calls per day.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong work ethic with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to overcome objections professionally.
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
- Basic computer skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
- Automotive or collision repair experience is helpful but not required.

This position offers:
