About Desort

Desort is expanding its network of dental practices and healthcare organizations nationwide. We are seeking a motivated Dental Business Development Representative to help identify new business opportunities and build relationships with dental practices and hiring decision-makers.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and identify dental practices and potential clients
• Contact practice owners, managers, and hiring decision-makers
• Generate new business through phone, email, LinkedIn, and networking
• Introduce Desort’s recruitment and staffing solutions
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients
• Follow up with prospects and develop long-term relationships
• Work with our recruitment team to support client hiring needs

What We’re Looking For

• Previous sales, business development, recruiting, dental, healthcare, or account management experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls and contacting new prospects
• Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
• Comfortable using email, LinkedIn, CRM systems, and online research
• Bilingual Spanish/English is not required but is highly valuable

Compensation

Commission-only opportunity.

There is no base salary, hourly wage, or guaranteed compensation . Earnings are based on successful business generated and are not guaranteed.
