Business Development Representative Jobs in Miami: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a business development representative job in Miami?
Focus your search on Brickell and Coral Gables, where Miami's densest concentration of tech firms, fintech startups, and professional services companies hire business development representatives year-round. Logistics and healthcare services companies in Doral and Medley also post frequently. Bilingual fluency in Spanish is a genuine edge in Miami's market, and familiarity with Latin American business relationships is valued by many local employers over candidates with purely domestic experience.
Which companies hire business development representatives in Miami?
Employers hiring business development representatives in Miami right now include Guardz, ezapple, and Bisnow, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Miami's hiring mix skews toward growth-stage tech companies, multinational corporations with Latin America operations, and financial services firms anchored in the Brickell financial district.
Are there remote business development representative jobs in Miami?
Yes, though remote availability depends on the role, since business development representatives focused on outbound prospecting and relationship-building are more commonly hired in hybrid or fully on-site formats than purely analytical desk roles. About 56% of business development representative openings tied to Miami are remote or hybrid as of September 2026. SaaS and technology companies based in Wynwood and Brickell are the most likely to post hybrid-flexible positions locally.
How can I get a business development representative job in Miami with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Miami is through sales development representative or inside sales roles at the city's growing roster of SaaS and fintech startups, particularly those based in Wynwood and the Miami Tech Hub corridor. Many of these companies hire entry-level candidates with strong communication skills and train for product knowledge internally. Demonstrating bilingual ability in English and Spanish, and showing familiarity with Miami's Latin American business culture, separates entry-level applicants here in a way it does not in most other U.S. markets.
