Compensation:
Guaranteed minimum earnings of $50,000 in your first year, with uncapped commission on top. Your first 6 months are about learning the business. From month 7 on, reps who put in the work can be on pace for $100k+.

A Day in the Life of an Inside Sales Representative:

• High-volume outbound calling to business owners
• Prospect clients and gather documentation to start the funding process
• Work alongside senior closers and learn how deals get done
• Build relationships with owners across many industries

What You Have:

• 0-2 years of sales or customer-facing experience (no industry experience needed)
• You learn fast and take coaching well
• Comfortable on the phone all day, and you like it
• Competitive, self-motivated, and hungry to earn
• Strong communicator with a professional attitude
