Restoration Sales Partners is recruiting on behalf of one of our premier restoration clients seeking an experienced Outside Business Development Representative to drive business growth throughout the Tampa Bay area.

What You'll Do
As our Business Development Representative, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining referral relationships that generate high-quality restoration opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop new partnerships with plumbers, property managers, roofing companies, HVAC contractors, general contractors, and other referral sources.
- Build, manage, and strengthen long-term referral relationships.
- Generate qualified commercial and residential restoration leads.
- Conduct regular face-to-face sales calls and networking activities.
- Represent the company at community events and industry functions.
- Track sales activities and partnership development using CRM software.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop strategic growth initiatives.
- Help expand the company's presence throughout the Tampa Bay market.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of outside sales, business development, or partnership management experience
- Proven success developing and growing long-term business relationships
- Hunter mentality with confidence in prospecting and cold calling
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience using CRM software and Google Workspace
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in restoration, construction, property management, insurance, or related industries
- Existing relationships with commercial property managers, contractors, plumbers, HVAC companies, roofing companies, or similar referral partners
- Leadership potential with a desire to recruit, train, and mentor future sales representatives
