Business Development Representative | 100% Commission | B2B Growth
Are you the kind of person who sees opportunity where others see a closed door?
We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Representative who wants more than just a job. This is a chance to build something, grow your income based on your effort, and help businesses solve real problems through meaningful B2B relationships.
This role is 100% commission-based, which means your income is tied directly to your performance, consistency, and ability to create opportunities. If you’re motivated by growth, freedom, ownership, and the chance to be rewarded for results, this could be a strong fit.
About Capacity Facility Services
Capacity Facility Services helps businesses create cleaner, healthier, and more professional facilities through reliable janitorial services, restroom deep cleaning programs, carpet cleaning, tile and grout restoration, and VCT stripping and waxing. We focus on solving real facility problems for property managers, business owners, and commercial clients by delivering practical cleaning solutions that improve the way their buildings look, feel, and function.
We’re building a company centered around trust, consistency, and long-term relationships. This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to help grow a service-based business, connect with decision-makers, and be part of something with real room to expand.
Why This Role Stands Out
This is not a “sit back and wait” position. This is for someone who wants to hunt, build, connect, and win.
You’ll be trusted to create conversations, develop relationships with business owners and decision-makers, and help open doors for long-term growth. The right person will see this as more than sales. They’ll see it as a chance to build confidence, sharpen their communication skills, and create real momentum in their career.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prospecting and reaching out to local businesses and decision-makers
- Building relationships through calls, emails, in-person visits, networking, and follow-ups
- Identifying business needs and presenting solutions with confidence
- Managing your pipeline and following up consistently
- Setting meetings, creating opportunities, and helping close new business
- Representing the company with professionalism, energy, and trust
- Staying motivated, organized, and consistent even when the answer is “not right now”
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Self-motivated and hungry to grow
- Comfortable with a 100% commission-based opportunity
- Confident talking to business owners, managers, and decision-makers
- Strong at follow-up and relationship building
- Positive, coachable, and resilient
- Comfortable prospecting and creating new conversations
- Excited by the idea of building income through personal effort
- Professional, dependable, and intentional with their time
What Makes Someone Successful Here
The best person for this role is not necessarily the person with the most experience. It’s the person who can stay consistent, keep a great attitude, and understand that every conversation is a chance to build trust.
You will do well here if you enjoy meeting people, solving problems, creating opportunity, and being rewarded for what you produce.
Compensation
This is a 100% commission-based opportunity built for someone who wants to be rewarded for results.
Top closers can earn 25% commission on closed sales, giving strong performers a real opportunity to build meaningful income. Our average producing rep brings in around $25,000 in monthly sales volume, and with uncapped earning potential, there is no ceiling on what the right person can create.
This role is ideal for someone who is motivated by growth, ownership, and the ability to directly control their income. The more consistent you are with prospecting, follow-up, relationship building, and closing, the more opportunity you create.
No base salary. No hourly cap. No income ceiling. Just real opportunity for someone ready to build.
Why Join Us?
Because some people are not built for average.
Some people want ownership. Some people want room to grow. Some people want to look back six months from now and know they took a chance on themselves.
If that sounds like you, we’d love to talk.
Apply Today
If you’re motivated, coachable, and ready to build real B2B relationships, apply today and tell us why this opportunity stands out to you.

Business Development Representative Jobs in Dallas: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a business development representative job in Dallas?
Focus your search on Dallas's SaaS, fintech, healthcare technology, and supply chain sectors, where BDR hiring is most active. Uptown and the Galleria corridor host a dense cluster of mid-market and enterprise tech firms that recruit regularly. Candidates who demonstrate outbound prospecting experience, familiarity with CRM platforms, and an understanding of consultative sales stand out in this market.
Which companies hire business development representatives in Dallas?
Companies currently hiring business development representatives in Dallas include Lockton, Salesforce, and Amazon Web Services, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. Dallas attracts a broad mix of high-growth SaaS startups, Fortune 500 regional headquarters, and healthcare technology firms, all of which run dedicated BDR teams.
Are there remote business development representative jobs in Dallas?
Yes, though availability varies. BDR roles tied to outbound phone and email outreach are more remote-friendly than field-based or account management positions. About 44% of business development representative openings tied to Dallas are remote or hybrid as of June 2026, with inside-sales and SDR-style roles most likely to offer that flexibility.
How can I get a business development representative job in Dallas with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Dallas is targeting early-stage SaaS companies and staffing firms in the Uptown and Deep Ellum areas that routinely hire candidates from sales development training programs or customer-facing retail and hospitality backgrounds. Associate SDR roles and sales coordinator positions at Dallas-based technology companies are common stepping stones, and a demonstrated history of hitting outbound activity metrics, even in non-sales roles, carries real weight locally.
Which industries hire the most business development representatives in Dallas?
The sectors hiring the most business development representatives in Dallas are Technology & Software, Consulting & Professional Services, and Insurance, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. Dallas's position as a regional hub for technology headquarters, financial services operations, and healthcare networks drives consistent BDR demand across those fields.
