Venturity is looking for a Business Operations Assistant who is organized, energetic, resourceful, and eager to gain hands-on business experience in a professional office environment. This role is ideal for a college student or early-career professional who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, helping others, and being the person who makes sure things don't fall through the cracks.

We're looking for someone who notices when something needs attention and takes initiative. The right person is comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities, managing a running to-do list, and shifting between projects throughout the day. One moment you might be preparing for a team lunch, the next organizing office supplies, supporting a new employee set up, or coordinating a building maintenance request.

Preferred Qualifications:

o Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university program

o Customer service, hospitality, retail, event coordination, administrative, student leadership, or office experience preferred

o Passion for helping people and contributing to a positive workplace experience

o Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

o Strong written and verbal communication skills

o Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments

o Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to jump in wherever needed

o Enjoys working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Primary Responsibilities

o Welcome visitors, guests, and employees in a professional and friendly manner

o Help maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked office environment

o Assist with vendor management, inventory management, and supply purchasing

o Support onboarding preparations, including workspace setup, office tours, access requests, and new hire materials.

o Assist with workspace moves, desk setups, phones, and office equipment.

o Work with third party technology support vendor to address issues with office and telephone equipment

o Coordinate and manage accommodation for out-of-town business guests

o Coordinate team lunches, celebrations, employee events, and engagement activities.

o Assist with the setup and preparation of meetings and office gatherings.

o Help create a welcoming and enjoyable office environment for team members and guests.

o Support executive team by assisting with various projects and requests as they arise

o Address team member inquiries and requests as needed.
