Position Summary

The Business Operations Coordinator serves as a central coordination point across CorePower Magnetics, supporting executive leadership, manufacturing operations, and day-to-day business activities. This role is responsible for ensuring information, materials, schedules, and actions flow efficiently between teams while helping maintain operational discipline across the organization.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and adaptable, capable of shifting between executive support, manufacturing coordination, inventory management, vendor interactions, purchasing support, event planning, and special projects. As a growing company, this individual acts as a "jack of all trades," helping remove administrative and operational bottlenecks so teams can remain focused on execution.

Reporting to the Director, People & Business Operations, this position plays a critical role in establishing the operational heartbeat of the organization by coordinating activities, maintaining visibility into priorities, and helping ensure commitments are executed effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Administrative Support

· Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination for executive leadership.

· Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, agendas, notes, and follow-up actions.

· Prepare, organize, and maintain records, reports, presentations, and other business documentation.

· Support internal and external communications, including scheduling and coordination with customers, vendors, partners, and visitors.

· Assist with confidential administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

Manufacturing & Operations Coordination

· Coordinate production schedules, operational priorities, and follow-up across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and leadership teams.

· Support inventory tracking, material movement, purchasing requests, vendor communications, approvals, shipments, and receiving.

· Maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and operational records while supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Process Flow & Cross-Functional Coordination

· Serve as a central coordination point for day-to-day business activities, helping teams communicate, escalate issues, and resolve priorities efficiently.

· Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities while supporting implementation of business systems and scalable operational processes.

Office & Company Support

· Support onboarding, office operations, facility administration, and general business needs.

· Coordinate company events, customer visits, employee activities, and other duties that support company growth and business objectives.

Qualifications

Required

· Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience, plus 3+ years in administrative, operations, project coordination, manufacturing support, or business operations roles.

· Strong organization, attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software systems.

Preferred

· Experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or technology environments, including support for inventory, purchasing, production planning, or supply chain activities.

· Familiarity with ERP, MRP, inventory management, or project management systems.

· Experience supporting executive leadership teams.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
