Overview:

Responsible for managing a team of professionals to drive operational excellence initiatives across key functions aligned with business strategy and regulatory requirements. The role oversees assessments, validates findings, and benchmarks performance to identify improvement opportunities. The role guides development of recommendations, reviews business cases, and presents solutions to leadership. The role manages project execution, monitors progress, resolves issues, and drives continuous improvement through post-implementation reviews.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team performing operational assessments for assigned business unit/function, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities across business units
• Review and validate findings from team members, ensuring accuracy and relevance to business objectives. Guide the team in developing actionable recommendations and innovative solutions for process optimization, technology enablement, and organizational change
• Lead benchmarking studies of operations against industry standards and best practices to inform improvement strategies. Review and refine business cases, ensuring robust financial analysis, risk assessment, and alignment with strategic priorities
• Present recommendations to senior management and stakeholders, advocating for adoption and investment. Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and drive execution
• Oversee the execution of high impact improvement projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Monitor project milestones, resolve escalated issues, and manage risks to ensure successful delivery
• Conduct post-implementation reviews, identify lessons learned, and drive further optimization based on results
• Lead cross-functional alignment and change management initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, executive communication, and enterprise-wide adoption strategies
• Promote adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working across the organization, ensuring alignment with governance frameworks, compliance standards, and long-term sustainability

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Engineering or any other related discipline is required. Master's Degree is preferred.

Experience:

5+ years of relevant experience in business operations, process improvement, qualitative research or a related field is required. Industry experience is preferred.

Certifications/Licenses:

• Certified in Lean and/or Six Sigma or equivalent (Preferred)
