SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Office Coordinator is an essential member of the OTP/AIR Program. The Office Coordinator works under the direct supervision and guidance of the Office Manager and is responsible for coordinating front office administrative duties that support the site's day-to-day operations and activities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Working knowledge of team function within the organization.
- Non-Violent Crisis Prevention and Intervention Training prior to end of orientation.
- Three (3) years of related experience with at least 1 year of administrative experience in a customer service environment.
- PA Act 31 Child Abuse Training Certificate.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):
- One (1) year of supervisory experience preferred.
- Bachelors Degree preferred.
