INTRODUCTION
We are seeking an experienced HR Procurement Specialist to support sourcing, procurement, and supplier management activities related to Human Resources and corporate services categories. This role will be responsible for managing procurement initiatives, negotiating supplier agreements, supporting strategic sourcing efforts, and partnering with HR leadership to drive cost savings, compliance, and operational efficiency across HR-related spend categories.
The ideal candidate will have a strong procurement background with experience supporting HR, benefits, learning & development, recruiting services, or other indirect procurement categories.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead sourcing and procurement activities for HR-related categories including recruiting services, benefits, learning & development, background screening, HR consulting, and other professional services
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of procurement, sourcing, or vendor management experience
- Experience supporting HR or indirect procurement categories preferred
- Strong knowledge of sourcing, contract negotiations, supplier management, and procurement processes
- Experience working with procurement systems, ERP platforms, or contract management tools
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects and priorities simultaneously
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience supporting HR, benefits, professional services, or corporate services procurement categories
- Knowledge of indirect procurement and strategic sourcing methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Support strategic sourcing initiatives including RFPs, RFQs, supplier evaluations, bid analysis, and contract negotiations
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships while ensuring quality, service, and cost expectations are achieved
- Analyze spend data and procurement metrics to identify savings opportunities and process improvements
- Negotiate pricing, terms, service agreements, and renewals with suppliers and service providers
- Partner closely with HR, finance, legal, and business stakeholders to support procurement strategies and business objectives
- Ensure procurement compliance, contract governance, and adherence to company purchasing policies
- Assist with supplier onboarding, risk assessments, and vendor performance management activities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and procurement reporting activities related to HR spend categories
- Maintain procurement documentation, contracts, and supplier records within procurement systems
PAY
- Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
