Job Summary
I have partnered with a local personal injury law firm to hire an experienced, detail-oriented Personal Injury Case Manager to manage pre-litigation cases and serve as a primary point of contact for clients. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of personal injury procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage cases efficiently while providing compassionate client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage personal injury cases throughout the pre-litigation process.
- Communicate with clients regarding case status, medical treatment, and claim updates.
- Obtain and organize medical records, bills, police reports, and other case documentation.
- Communicate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and attorneys.
- Assist with insurance claims, settlement demands, and related correspondence.
- Provide Spanish translation and interpretation for clients.
- Maintain accurate case files, documentation, and follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of personal injury law experience required.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; Spanish proficiency is required.
- Strong understanding of personal injury pre-litigation procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently and as part of a team.
