We are seeking a bilingual case manager to become a part of our team immediately! You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Client intake and main point of contact throughout case
- Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
- Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes
- Coordinate treatment, collect bills, compile and draft demand packet for insurance
- Negotiate bill reductions and issue payments to providers

Qualifications:
- MUST be fluent in Spanish
- Previous experience as a paralegal, case manager or other legal field
- Familiarity with legal documents and case file organization
- Ability to prioritize and multitask for many clients simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Must be able to thrive in an autonomous work environment
