Whether you're an experienced insurance agent looking for a new opportunity or you're new to the industry and looking to build a career in insurance, we provide the resources and support to help you succeed.
For those without prior insurance experience, we provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and licensing support to help you learn the industry and develop the skills needed to succeed. Experienced agents can leverage their existing knowledge and experience while benefiting from our leads, carrier access, training, and business development support.
As an independent agency contracted with more than 200 insurance carriers, our agents can recommend coverage based on each client's individual needs rather than being limited to one provider.
What You'll Do
- Meet with prospective clients virtually and/or in person
- Educate clients on health and life insurance options
- Review client needs and recommend appropriate coverage
- Follow up with leads and scheduled appointments
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide excellent customer service
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching
