Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Medical Assistant and clinical associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care within a fast-paced environment. This position requires both clinical and administrative skills to support healthcare providers and ensure the smooth operation of our facility.
-16 hours. 8 hours onTuesdays and 8 hours onThursdays(8am -4:30 pm).
- Experience with Athena EMR is required.
Duties
- Assist healthcare professionals with patient examinations and procedures.
- Prepare patients for examinations by taking medical histories and documenting relevant information.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with medical regulations.
- Provide medical administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and handling insurance documentation.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and medical equipment.

- Proficient in medical terminology relevant to various healthcare settings.
- Strong understanding of patient care protocols.
- Ability to perform clinical tasks assigned.
