Duties

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of clinical trials, including participant screening, enrollment, and follow-up.
• Ensure adherence to FDA regulations, ICH GCP guidelines, and healthcare compliance standards throughout the research process.
• Review and verify study documentation, consent forms, and data collection records for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor patient progress by recording vital signs, blood sampling, and other clinical assessments using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems.
• Supervise research staff and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet project milestones efficiently.
• Maintain rigorous documentation review processes and ensure data integrity using statistical software and CDISC standards.
• Conduct clinical laboratory procedures such as phlebotomy and blood sampling while adhering to safety protocols.
• Manage research project timelines, budgets, and compliance documentation to support successful study outcomes.

Skills

• Proven supervising experience in a clinical or research setting with strong leadership capabilities.
• Extensive knowledge of clinical trials management, including regulatory requirements like FDA regulations and HIPAA compliance.
• Proficiency in medical terminology, data management systems, and EMR platforms for accurate documentation.
• Experience with clinical laboratory techniques such as phlebotomy, blood sampling, and vital signs measurement.
• Familiarity with statistical software tools used for data analysis in research projects.
• Certification in ICH GCP (Good Clinical Practice) from a recognized issuer; valid CA certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of clinical development processes, ethical guidelines, and healthcare compliance standards.
• Excellent analysis skills for interpreting research data while ensuring adherence to CDISC standards.
• Project management experience in healthcare or clinical trials to coordinate multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to review complex documentation thoroughly while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
