Align your credentials to specialty occupation standards
Manager - Consulting roles at staffing firms face close USCIS scrutiny on specialty occupation eligibility. Make sure your degree field directly supports the consulting function you'd oversee, not just management broadly, before you apply.
Target Aditi's client-facing consulting pipeline
Aditi Consulting fills Manager - Consulting roles to lead client engagements, not just internal operations. Search for openings that reference client delivery, account management, or practice leadership, since those map most directly to their active sponsorship activity.
Use Migrate Mate to filter sponsored Manager roles
Filtering job boards manually for sponsorship-confirmed consulting roles wastes time. Use Migrate Mate to browse Manager - Consulting openings at Aditi Consulting that are verified for visa sponsorship, so you're only applying where your status is already compatible.
Prepare for the LCA prevailing wage requirement
Before Aditi can file an H-1B petition for a Manager - Consulting role, the DOL must certify a Labor Condition Application confirming your offered salary meets the prevailing wage for that occupation and work location. Understand the wage level tied to your role before negotiating compensation.
Account for cap-subject H-1B timing in your job search
If you're not already in H-1B status, USCIS only accepts cap-subject petitions once a year with an October 1 start date. Structure your Aditi application timeline so an offer, LCA certification, and lottery registration can all land within the annual filing window.

Find Manager - Consulting at Aditi Consulting JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Aditi Consulting sponsor H-1B visas for Manager - Consultings?
Yes, Aditi Consulting sponsors H-1B visas for Manager - Consulting roles. As a staffing and consulting firm, Aditi has an established process for employer-sponsored petitions. The role must qualify as a specialty occupation under USCIS standards, meaning the position requires at least a bachelor's degree in a directly related field, which most consulting management roles satisfy.
How do I apply for Manager - Consulting jobs at Aditi Consulting?
You can browse and apply for Manager - Consulting openings at Aditi Consulting directly through Migrate Mate, which surfaces roles verified for visa sponsorship. When applying, be upfront about your visa status and the sponsorship category you need. Aditi's recruiting team handles multiple visa types, so clarity early helps avoid delays at the offer stage.
Which visa types does Aditi Consulting commonly use for Manager - Consulting roles?
Aditi Consulting sponsors H-1B, H-1B1, TN, F-1 OPT, and F-1 CPT for Manager - Consulting positions. H-1B is the most common path for full-time hires. TN applies to Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying professional categories. F-1 OPT and CPT are typically used for candidates in their academic program grace period or earlier in their career track.
What qualifications does Aditi Consulting expect for Manager - Consulting roles?
Aditi typically looks for candidates with a bachelor's degree in a field relevant to the consulting function, such as business, engineering, or information technology, combined with prior experience managing client engagements or consulting projects. For H-1B sponsorship specifically, your degree must directly relate to the specialty occupation duties of the role, not just management in general.
How do I plan my timeline when pursuing an H-1B through Aditi Consulting?
If you need a new cap-subject H-1B, USCIS opens registration in March for an October 1 start date. You'd need an offer and a certified Labor Condition Application from the DOL before Aditi can submit your petition. Build your job search to secure an offer by February, leaving enough runway for LCA certification and lottery registration before the March window closes.
