Frame your CPA credentials for U.S. clients
CrossCountry's consulting managers work directly with finance and accounting clients, so translating your credentials into U.S. equivalents matters. If you hold a non-U.S. CPA or chartered accountancy qualification, get a formal evaluation through NASBA before interviews.
Target CrossCountry's industry verticals strategically
CrossCountry organizes its consulting practice around specific industries like financial services, healthcare, and technology. Applying to roles aligned with your sector experience gives your candidacy a clearer fit signal, which strengthens the specialty occupation argument for H-1B or E-3 filings.
Confirm sponsorship intent during the offer stage
Before accepting an offer, confirm which visa category CrossCountry intends to file and whether they'll cover USCIS filing fees. For H-1B, ask whether the company uses premium processing, since the standard timeline can run three to six months.
Use Migrate Mate to surface open Manager roles
CrossCountry posts Manager - Consulting openings across multiple locations at any given time. Use Migrate Mate to filter specifically for CrossCountry roles that align with your visa type, so you're applying to positions where sponsorship is already confirmed.

Find Manager - Consulting at CrossCountry Consulting JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does CrossCountry Consulting sponsor H-1B visas for Manager - Consultings?
Yes, CrossCountry Consulting has sponsored H-1B visas for Manager - Consulting roles. Consulting managers typically qualify under the specialty occupation standard because the position requires a bachelor's degree or higher in a specific field such as accounting, finance, or business. Your degree and the role's requirements need to align clearly for USCIS to approve the petition.
How do I apply for Manager - Consulting jobs at CrossCountry Consulting?
You can browse and apply for Manager - Consulting openings at CrossCountry Consulting directly through Migrate Mate, which filters roles by visa sponsorship eligibility. CrossCountry posts positions across multiple practice areas and locations, so filtering by your visa type helps you identify the most relevant openings before applying through the company's official careers page.
Which visa types does CrossCountry Consulting commonly use for Manager - Consulting roles?
CrossCountry Consulting sponsors several visa categories for consulting managers, including H-1B, E-3 for Australian citizens, TN for Canadian and Mexican nationals, and F-1 OPT for recent graduates. For permanent residence, the company has supported EB-2 and EB-3 pathways. The right category depends on your nationality, degree, and where you are in the immigration process.
What qualifications does CrossCountry Consulting expect for Manager - Consulting roles?
CrossCountry typically expects a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field, along with several years of client-facing consulting or advisory experience. A CPA, CFA, or relevant certification strengthens your candidacy. For visa purposes, your degree must directly relate to the consulting function you'll be performing, which is a USCIS requirement for specialty occupation status.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take at CrossCountry Consulting for a Manager - Consulting role?
For H-1B, standard USCIS processing runs three to six months after the October 1 fiscal year start, though premium processing can reduce that to a few weeks.
