WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Execute consistent outbound outreach (phone and in-person) to skilled nursing facilities throughout Virginia.
- Set and run high-quality appointments with SNF administrators and executive leadership.
- Build consultative relationships that position AdvantageCare as a long-term therapy partner.
- Follow a structured, disciplined sales process to drive predictable results.
- Partner closely with leadership to refine messaging, identify growth opportunities, and expand market presence.

- Minimum of 1 year outbound B2B sales experience (phone and in-person).
- Proven success in setting appointments with business decision-makers.
