What you’ll do as Technical Recruiter:
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process—from sourcing to offer acceptance—while ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Leverage talent intelligence reports (TalentNeuron) to build data-driven recruitment strategies.
- Manage 20-30 active requisitions on average per month, ensuring all roles are filled efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure compliance and accuracy by managing recruitment processes through Workday and maintaining <10% offer correction rates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing strategic talent advice and ensuring accountability in the hiring process.
- Increase business understanding and visibility through monthly in-person engagements, including site visits, job fairs, and ride-alongs.
You are:
- 3+ years’ recruiting experience
- Strong experience in recruiting hands-on technicians
- Understanding of HVAC, power and electrical preferred
- Strong experience in sourcing talent across a variety of platforms and mediums, networking, and engaging passive candidates.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred)
- Ability to use data and talent market insights to develop effective hiring strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices related to hiring and interviewing.
