Frame your credentials around technical sales outcomes
Arista's Business Manager roles require fluency in networking concepts alongside commercial instincts. Translate your experience into pipeline metrics, deal size, and vertical specialization so your resume speaks directly to what their hiring teams evaluate at the screening stage.
Target Arista's enterprise and cloud verticals first
Arista consistently hires Business Managers aligned to specific verticals like cloud providers, financial services, and healthcare IT. Applying to a vertical where you have prior accounts or technical context shortens the time from interview to offer, which matters when your OPT clock is running.
Clarify your visa timeline before final-round interviews
Arista's recruiting team needs to sequence your H-1B cap-subject filing around the April 1 USCIS registration window. If your OPT expires before October 1, surface that gap early so the offer letter and start date can be structured realistically rather than renegotiated after the fact.
Confirm LCA coverage for your specific office location
Arista has offices across multiple metropolitan areas, and the DOL Labor Condition Application is tied to a prevailing wage for a specific work location. If you're offered a hybrid or remote arrangement, get clarity on which office is listed on the LCA before you accept.
Use Migrate Mate to filter Business Manager openings by sponsorship type
Not every Business Manager posting at Arista is approved for all visa categories. Use Migrate Mate to filter active roles by the visa type you need, so you're applying to positions where sponsorship for your situation is already supported rather than negotiating it from scratch.
Prepare for TN classification if you hold Canadian or Mexican citizenship
Business Manager roles that map to NAFTA-defined categories like Management Consultant or Economist may qualify for TN status, which doesn't require USCIS petition approval and has no annual cap. Review the DOL occupational criteria carefully before your offer call so you can flag this option to Arista's HR team.

Does Arista Networks sponsor H-1B visas for Business Managers?
Yes, Arista Networks sponsors H-1B visas for Business Manager roles. Arista participates in the annual H-1B cap registration process through USCIS, and its go-to-market functions, including Business Manager positions, are among the roles it has supported through this pathway. If you're currently on OPT, coordinating your offer timeline around the April 1 registration window is essential.
How do I apply for Business Manager jobs at Arista Networks?
You can apply directly through Arista Networks' careers page or browse open Business Manager roles filtered by visa sponsorship type on Migrate Mate. Arista's recruiting process for Business Manager roles typically includes an initial screen, a panel interview covering sales methodology and technical understanding of networking products, and a final round with regional leadership.
Which visa types does Arista Networks commonly use for Business Manager roles?
Arista Networks has supported Business Manager roles through H-1B, F-1 OPT and CPT, TN, and employment-based Green Card pathways including EB-2 and EB-3. The right category depends on your citizenship, degree, and current status. TN is available to Canadian and Mexican citizens in qualifying occupational categories, while H-1B remains the most common path for candidates from other countries.
What qualifications does Arista Networks expect for Business Manager roles?
Arista typically looks for candidates with experience in enterprise technology sales, channel management, or strategic account management, often within networking, cloud infrastructure, or adjacent software sectors. A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is standard. Familiarity with Arista's product portfolio, particularly its cloud networking solutions, gives applicants a measurable advantage during the interview process.
How long does the H-1B sponsorship process take for a Business Manager at Arista Networks?
For cap-subject H-1B filings, USCIS registration opens in March, with selection results typically available by late March or early April. If selected, Arista would file your petition between April 1 and September 30, with employment starting October 1 at the earliest. Standard processing runs three to five months; premium processing through USCIS can reduce adjudication to around 15 business days.
