Description
Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: ARWR) is a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company that develops medicines that treat intractable diseases by silencing the genes that cause them. Using a broad portfolio of RNA chemistries and efficient modes of delivery, Arrowhead therapies trigger the RNA interference mechanism to induce rapid, deep, and durable knockdown of target genes. RNA interference, or RNAi, is a mechanism present in living cells that inhibits the expression of a specific gene, thereby affecting the production of a specific protein. Arrowhead’s RNAi-based therapeutics leverage this natural pathway of gene silencing. Arrowhead is focused on developing innovative drugs for diseases with a genetic basis, typically characterized by the overproduction of one or more proteins that are involved with disease. The depth and versatility of our RNAi technologies enables us to potentially address conditions in virtually any therapeutic area and pursue disease targets that are not otherwise addressable by small molecules and biologics. Arrowhead is leading the field in bringing the promise of RNAi to address diseases outside of the liver, and our clinical pipeline includes disease targets in the liver and lung with a promising pipeline of preclinical candidates. Arrowhead’s corporate headquarters is in Pasadena, CA with research and development teams in Madison, WI and San Diego, CA. Our employees are nimble, science-driven innovators who are collaborating to bring new therapies to patients in need.

Frame Your Biotech Client Experience Precisely
Arrowhead works in RNA-targeted therapeutics, so generic account management credentials won't land. Highlight experience supporting scientific, clinical, or pharmaceutical accounts specifically, and document measurable outcomes like retention rates or expansion revenue you can speak to in interviews.
Confirm Your Visa Category Fits the Role
Arrowhead has sponsored TN, F-1 OPT, and employment-based Green Card categories for this function. Verify your visa type aligns before applying. F-1 students should confirm OPT or CPT start dates don't conflict with Arrowhead's typical offer-to-start timelines in pharma hiring cycles.
Target Arrowhead Roles Through Migrate Mate
Customer Success Manager openings at Arrowhead appear across multiple hiring cycles. Use Migrate Mate to filter specifically for Arrowhead roles tagged with visa sponsorship so you're only spending time on positions where international candidates are actively considered.
Anticipate the LCA Filing Before Your Start Date
For H-1B or TN sponsorship, your employer must file a Labor Condition Application with the DOL before submitting any USCIS petition. Build at least three to four weeks into your expected start date to allow for LCA certification, especially if you're transitioning from another employer.
Align Your Degree Field With Specialty Occupation Requirements
Customer Success Manager roles at pharmaceutical companies must qualify as specialty occupations under USCIS standards. A degree in life sciences, business, or a related technical field strengthens the connection. Roles that blur into general account management can face RFEs, so your resume framing matters.
Prepare Reference Letters From Scientific Stakeholders
For EB-2 or EB-3 Green Card filings, PERM labor certification requires detailed documentation of your qualifications. Reference letters from managers at biotech or pharmaceutical clients carry particular weight and help distinguish your profile during the USCIS petition review stage.

Find Customer Success Manager at Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals sponsor H-1B visas for Customer Success Managers?
Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals focuses its sponsorship activity primarily on employment-based Green Card pathways (EB-2 and EB-3) and F-1 OPT and CPT for this role. TN sponsorship is also available for eligible Canadian and Mexican nationals. If you're currently on an H-1B, confirm with Arrowhead's HR team whether a transfer is feasible for the specific position you're targeting.
How do I apply for Customer Success Manager jobs at Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals?
Applications go through Arrowhead's careers portal, where you can filter by department and location. Migrate Mate also aggregates Arrowhead's open Customer Success Manager roles and flags which positions are tagged for visa sponsorship, which helps you avoid applying to roles where international candidates aren't being considered before you invest time in the process.
Which visa types are commonly used for Customer Success Manager roles at Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals?
Arrowhead has sponsored F-1 OPT and CPT for recent graduates entering customer success from STEM-adjacent fields, as well as TN visas for Canadian and Mexican nationals qualifying under the USMCA professional categories. For longer-term pathways, Arrowhead has also pursued EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card sponsorship, which requires PERM labor certification filed with the DOL.
What qualifications does Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals expect for Customer Success Manager candidates?
Arrowhead operates in RNA-targeted therapeutics, so they typically look for candidates who can communicate technical concepts to clinical or research-focused clients. A background in life sciences, biotech account management, or pharmaceutical partnerships is a strong differentiator. Candidates with experience managing relationships at biotech companies or academic medical centers tend to be more competitive than those coming from unrelated industries.
How do I plan my timeline around visa sponsorship when pursuing a role at Arrowhead?
If you're on F-1 OPT, your STEM extension window and authorized end date should drive your application timing. For TN or employment-based sponsorship, factor in DOL Labor Condition Application processing (typically two to four weeks) before any USCIS filing can begin. Starting conversations with Arrowhead recruiters at least 90 days before your current work authorization expires gives you the most flexibility.
