Target technical and software roles
ARxIUM's sponsorship activity is concentrated in its technology and software divisions. Focus your application on roles like software engineering, systems integration, or product development, where the company has a clear pattern of supporting international candidates through the visa process.
Leverage OPT before pursuing H-1B
ARxIUM sponsors both F-1 OPT and CPT, making it a viable entry point for recent graduates. Starting on OPT lets you build a track record with the company before they file an H-1B petition on your behalf during the annual lottery window.
Understand the H-1B lottery timeline
H-1B registrations open each March for an October 1 start date. If you're targeting ARxIUM, time your application to ensure an offer is in place well before March so your employer has room to prepare the registration and supporting documentation.
Canadian and Mexican applicants should highlight TN eligibility
ARxIUM sponsors TN visas, which don't involve a lottery and can be approved at the border or port of entry. If you're a Canadian or Mexican national in a qualifying profession, leading with TN eligibility can accelerate the hiring conversation significantly.
Research ARxIUM's open roles before outreach
Before contacting a recruiter, confirm ARxIUM is actively hiring in your target role. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and identify which companies are currently posting roles open to visa sponsorship candidates.
Frame your visa situation clearly and early
ARxIUM has experience navigating the sponsorship process, so being upfront about your visa type and timeline is more effective than waiting. Recruiters familiar with sponsorship appreciate candidates who can explain their authorization status and key dates without prompting.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does ARxIUM sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, ARxIUM sponsors H-1B visas. The company has an active sponsorship track record in the U.S., particularly for technology and software roles. If you're pursuing an H-1B through ARxIUM, the process typically involves securing a full-time offer, having the company file a Labor Condition Application, and then submitting your H-1B petition ahead of the annual registration window each March.
What visa types does ARxIUM sponsor?
ARxIUM sponsors H-1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN visas. This range means the company can support international candidates at multiple career stages, from students completing degree programs to experienced professionals seeking long-term work authorization. TN sponsorship is particularly useful for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying roles who want to bypass the H-1B lottery.
Which roles at ARxIUM are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
ARxIUM's sponsorship activity is concentrated in its Technology and Software division. Roles in software development, systems engineering, and technical implementation are the most likely candidates for sponsorship, reflecting the company's core business in pharmacy automation technology. Candidates with specialized skills in healthcare IT or embedded systems are especially well-positioned.
How do I find open roles at ARxIUM that offer visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is the most direct way to find ARxIUM roles confirmed to be open to visa sponsorship. Rather than applying to positions and discovering sponsorship isn't available after the fact, Migrate Mate lets you filter by visa type and sponsorship history so you're only spending time on opportunities where your status is genuinely welcome.
How do I approach the ARxIUM application process as an international candidate?
Be transparent about your visa status and timeline from the first conversation. ARxIUM has experience processing sponsorship petitions, so recruiters are equipped to assess your situation. Come prepared to explain which visa you're on, when your authorization expires, and what the next petition step looks like. Demonstrating this clarity signals professionalism and reduces friction in the hiring process.
