Align your background with fintech sales
Brex targets sales candidates with experience selling to finance, operations, or treasury teams. Frame your resume around SaaS or financial software deals, not generic B2B sales, before you apply. This directly signals fit for their go-to-market motion.
Target roles listed under enterprise or mid-market segments
Brex's Sales Executive openings are often segmented by customer size. Enterprise and mid-market roles carry stronger sponsorship precedent for international hires than SMB-focused positions, where shorter ramp timelines create less incentive for employers to initiate visa filings.
Prepare your specialty occupation documentation early
H-1B petitions for sales roles face USCIS scrutiny on whether the position qualifies as a specialty occupation. Gather documentation that ties your bachelor's degree field directly to the technical or financial knowledge Brex's role requires, before an RFE forces the issue.
Use Migrate Mate to surface open Sales Executive roles
Brex posts Sales Executive positions across multiple locations and segments at different times. Use Migrate Mate to filter for verified visa-sponsoring openings at Brex so you're applying to active roles where sponsorship is confirmed, not guessing from a general job board.
Negotiate your offer before the H-1B registration window
USCIS opens H-1B registration each March for an October 1 start. If you're in offer discussions with Brex in late winter, push to finalize compensation and title before registration opens so your employer can submit your registration without delays from pending approvals.

Find Sales Executive at Brex JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Brex sponsor H-1B visas for Sales Executives?
Yes, Brex has sponsored H-1B visas for Sales Executive roles. Sales positions at fintech companies can face additional USCIS scrutiny on specialty occupation grounds, so the strength of your petition depends heavily on how the role is defined and how your degree field connects to the position's core responsibilities.
How do I apply for Sales Executive jobs at Brex?
Applications go through Brex's careers page. You can also browse verified Sales Executive openings at Brex through Migrate Mate, which filters specifically for roles where visa sponsorship is available. Before applying, confirm whether the listing is for enterprise, mid-market, or SMB segments, since sponsorship history varies across those tracks.
Which visa types are commonly used for Sales Executive roles at Brex?
Brex has sponsored H-1B visas and supported F-1 OPT and CPT work authorization for sales hires. TN visas are an option for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying roles. Longer-term, Brex has supported EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card sponsorship, which typically becomes available after you've established a track record in the role.
What qualifications does Brex expect for Sales Executive roles?
Brex generally looks for candidates with a bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field, combined with experience selling software or financial products to corporate clients. For visa purposes, the degree-to-role connection matters: USCIS will assess whether your specific degree field supports the technical and financial nature of the sales function.
How do I plan my timeline around visa sponsorship at Brex?
If you're on F-1 OPT, your authorization clock starts at graduation. H-1B registration opens each March, with an October 1 start date if selected. That means an offer signed in late winter gives Brex enough lead time to register you. If you're in a 60-day grace period between jobs, move quickly since USCIS does not extend that window.
