Align your credentials to consulting sales standards
Deloitte evaluates Sales Development Manager candidates against professional services benchmarks, not just general sales experience. Document measurable pipeline results, enterprise account work, and any experience selling solutions to C-suite or procurement teams before you apply.
Target Deloitte's sector-aligned sales openings
Deloitte organizes its sales function by industry vertical, so a role in Financial Services or Government and Public Services may have a different sponsorship pathway than a generalist posting. Filtering by sector increases your chances of landing in a team with active headcount.
Browse visa-sponsoring roles on Migrate Mate
Use Migrate Mate to filter Sales Development Manager openings at Deloitte by visa type so you only spend time on roles where sponsorship is explicitly on the table. This cuts out the guesswork before your first outreach.
Clarify sponsorship scope during the offer stage
Deloitte can sponsor H-1B, E-3, and employment-based Green Card categories, but not every business unit initiates PERM or EB-2 sponsorship at the same pace. Ask your recruiter which pathways the specific practice group has used before accepting an offer.
Prepare your LCA documentation ahead of onboarding
Your employer files a Labor Condition Application with the DOL before your H-1B or E-3 petition can be submitted to USCIS. Confirm your job title, work location, and prevailing wage level are accurate on the LCA because errors can delay your start date by weeks.
Account for H-1B cap timing in your job search
If you need a new H-1B and are not currently in H-1B status, USCIS only opens the registration window once a year, typically in March. Plan your Deloitte application timeline so a potential offer aligns with the next available cap cycle.

Find Sales Development Manager at Deloitte JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Deloitte sponsor H-1B visas for Sales Development Managers?
Yes, Deloitte sponsors H-1B visas for Sales Development Manager roles. Deloitte is a well-established H-1B sponsor across its consulting and professional services lines. Sponsorship availability can vary by business unit and hiring location, so confirm directly with your recruiter that the specific team you are interviewing with is prepared to initiate an H-1B petition.
How do I apply for Sales Development Manager jobs at Deloitte?
Apply through Deloitte's careers portal, where you can filter by job function and location. Tailoring your application to highlight enterprise pipeline development, stakeholder management, and experience in professional services environments improves your fit for these roles. You can also use Migrate Mate to find Deloitte Sales Development Manager openings that explicitly offer visa sponsorship before you apply.
Which visa types does Deloitte commonly sponsor for Sales Development Managers?
Deloitte sponsors H-1B and H-1B1 visas for specialty occupation roles, the E-3 visa for Australian citizens, and employment-based Green Card pathways including EB-2 and EB-3. The right category depends on your nationality, current status, and the specific role. Your Deloitte recruiter and their immigration counsel will confirm which visa type applies to your situation.
What qualifications does Deloitte expect for a sponsored Sales Development Manager?
Deloitte typically looks for a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, combined with demonstrated experience driving revenue in complex sales environments. For visa sponsorship, the role must qualify as a specialty occupation under USCIS guidelines, which generally requires that a specific degree field is a standard entry requirement for the position.
How do I plan my timeline for visa sponsorship at Deloitte?
Timeline depends on your visa category. H-1B petitions are tied to USCIS's annual cap cycle, with registration in March and an October 1 start date if selected. E-3 consular processing typically takes two to four weeks after your interview is scheduled. Starting conversations with Deloitte recruiters at least three to four months before your intended start date gives both sides enough runway to align on sponsorship logistics.
