ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Manager, Software Solutions Specialist will lead efforts in enterprise software administration, programming, and analysis. In addition, the professional will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans, policies, and procedures. Specific responsibilities include:
- Managing enterprise software administration, programming, and analysis
- Developing and implementing business plans, policies, and procedures
- Collaborating with other departments to prioritize enterprise resource planning (ERP)
- Evaluating results within business unit to determine if organizational objectives are being met
- Analyzing and resolving enterprise software issues and needs including improvement of system efficiency and integration of existing software applications into ERP & CRM solutions
