About The Team
DoorDash’s mission is to grow and empower local economies. By building intelligent, last-mile delivery technology for local cities, DoorDash connects people with the local businesses they care about — helping grow businesses and the communities that support those businesses. To further this mission, we’re looking for a marketer who will sit at the intersection of growth, brand, product, and operations, to develop integrated marketing strategies for our merchant business at DoorDash. The integrated marketing team is a group of marketing generalists responsible for translating business goals into marketing strategies and serving as the general manager across the organization to bring those strategies to market.
About The Role
The B2B Integrated Marketing team is looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial, and data-driven marketer to help grow DoorDash’s Marketplace. This role will report into the team’s Integrated Marketing Lead and will own marketing strategy and execution designed to drive merchant adoption of core DoorDash products and improve the quality inputs that unlock growth on the platform — from merchant app engagement and self-serve tools to menu quality, photo and video coverage, and POS integrations. We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow, with a bias for action and a “roll up your sleeves” attitude. The ideal candidate can think big picture about what it takes to make merchants successful on DoorDash while seamlessly transitioning into the details of campaign execution, analytics, and cross-functional coordination.
You’re Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will…
- Oversee the integrated marketing strategy of 2-3 key strategic bets for DoorDash, including driving adoption of core DoorDash tools and products and supporting the development and execution of strategies that improve Mx quality inputs
- Write creative / strategic briefs, set the marketing strategy, oversee GTM deployment, deliver impact reporting, drive cross-functional alignment, and provide regular status updates on campaign progress with key stakeholders from sales, strategy & operations, marketing, and analytics.
- Develop customized marketing strategies and plans for key product initiatives and scale winning strategies to help the team achieve product market fit.
- Analyze campaign and product adoption data to surface insights, identify opportunities, and make data-driven recommendations that improve outcomes against key OKRs.
We’re Excited About You Because You Have…
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, or integrated marketing in a corporate or startup environment.
- A track record of executing campaigns that drive measurable business impact.
- Comfort working with data — including campaign analytics, segment sizing, and A/B testing — to inform strategy and optimize execution.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Product, Sales, Strategy/Ops) on campaigns and experiments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to organize and present information clearly to stakeholders at various levels.
- A creative and entrepreneurial mindset — you enjoy tackling unsolved problems and finding creative solutions with limited resources.
- A collaborative spirit and enthusiasm for working on a team with partners across CRM, paid media, analytics, product, and creative.
- Experience with SMB or restaurant businesses is a plus.
Applications for this position are accepted on an ongoing basis.

Tailor your portfolio to merchant growth
DoorDash's B2B marketing org focuses on acquiring and retaining restaurant and retail merchants. Highlight campaigns you've run targeting SMB or enterprise clients, with measurable outcomes like pipeline generated or retention lift, not brand awareness metrics.
Confirm your visa category before applying
DoorDash sponsors multiple visa types for marketing roles, including H-1B, E-3, and TN. Knowing which category fits your situation before your recruiter screen prevents awkward mid-process surprises and signals you understand how sponsorship actually works.
Address specialty occupation status proactively
USCIS scrutinizes H-1B petitions for marketing roles because the specialty occupation threshold requires a specific degree nexus. Frame your role as requiring specialized skills in data-driven demand generation or CRM strategy, not general marketing, to strengthen the petition.
Use Migrate Mate to track open roles consistently
DoorDash posts B2B Marketing Manager openings across multiple teams and markets at different times. Use Migrate Mate to monitor sponsorship-confirmed listings so you're applying to the right openings without manually filtering job boards.
Align your start date with H-1B cap timelines
If you need a cap-subject H-1B, USCIS registration opens in March for an October 1 start. Discuss timing with your DoorDash recruiter early so the offer structure accounts for the gap rather than stalling the hire.
Get your LCA details right during offer negotiation
DOL requires the Labor Condition Application to list a prevailing wage tied to the job location. If DoorDash offers a hybrid or remote arrangement, clarify the worksite location before signing, since the LCA wage level must reflect where you'll actually work.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does DoorDash sponsor H-1B visas for B2b Marketing Managers?
Yes, DoorDash sponsors H-1B visas for B2b Marketing Manager roles. The company has an established sponsorship process for marketing professionals. Because marketing positions face closer USCIS scrutiny on specialty occupation grounds, your petition will be stronger if your background emphasizes a specific technical or analytical degree field directly tied to the role's responsibilities.
How do I apply for B2b Marketing Manager jobs at DoorDash?
Apply through DoorDash's careers page or find sponsorship-confirmed openings on Migrate Mate, which filters specifically for roles where visa sponsorship is available. B2b Marketing Manager roles at DoorDash typically require a cover letter or written submission, so prepare a concise summary of your B2B or merchant marketing experience before applying.
Which visa types does DoorDash commonly use for B2b Marketing Manager roles?
DoorDash sponsors several visa categories for marketing professionals, including H-1B, H-1B1 visa for Chilean and Singaporean nationals, E-3 visa for Australian citizens, TN visa for Canadian and Mexican nationals, and F-1 OPT. Green Card sponsorship through EB-2 or EB-3 is also available for longer-tenure employees, typically after you've demonstrated impact in the role.
What qualifications does DoorDash expect for B2b Marketing Manager roles?
DoorDash generally looks for candidates with a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, plus hands-on experience running B2B campaigns targeting SMB or enterprise segments. Familiarity with CRM platforms, pipeline reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with sales teams is consistently reflected in their job descriptions for this function.
How do I plan my timeline if I need visa sponsorship at DoorDash?
Timeline depends on your visa category. E-3 and TN filings can move quickly, sometimes within a few weeks of an offer. H-1B cap-subject cases require a March lottery registration with an October 1 start date, so factor in up to six months between offer and first day. Discuss your situation with DoorDash's recruiting team early so both sides can structure the offer accordingly.
