Align your credentials to U.S. standards

Target roles that match your visa category

Use Migrate Mate to filter verified sponsorship roles

Address sponsorship directly in your cover letter
Construction hiring managers at facilities companies aren't always immigration-fluent. State your visa type, your authorization timeline, and whether you're already work-authorized in your opening paragraph so there's no ambiguity before the first interview.
Request a project assignment that meets LCA requirements
Construction roles often involve multiple worksites. Your employer must file a separate Labor Condition Application with the DOL for each location where you'll work more than 30 days. Confirm this is accounted for during offer negotiation to avoid status complications post-hire.

Which visa types are commonly used for Construction roles at Facility Solutions Group?
Facility Solutions Group sponsors H-1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN visas for Construction roles. F-1 OPT and CPT are common entry points for recent graduates in construction management or engineering.
