Frame Your Sales Experience Around Lending
First Help Financial focuses on indirect auto lending to underbanked borrowers. Tailor your resume to highlight any experience in financial products, loan origination, or dealer-facing sales so hiring managers immediately see the fit.
Ask About Sponsorship During the Offer Stage
Raise the visa question after a verbal offer is extended, not during early interviews. At that point, ask specifically whether First Help Financial uses in-house immigration counsel or an outside law firm to handle H-1B filings, so you know who will manage your case.
Search for Open Roles Through Migrate Mate
Filter for Sales Representative openings at First Help Financial on Migrate Mate, which surfaces roles by visa type so you can confirm sponsorship availability before spending time on an application.
Understand the TN Visa Path for This Role
Canadian and Mexican citizens may qualify for TN status under the Financial Analyst category if the Sales Representative position requires a relevant bachelor's degree. Verify the job description aligns with a qualifying USMCA occupation before relying on this path.
Prepare a Complete LCA Document Package Early
Once an H-1B is agreed on, your employer files a Labor Condition Application with the DOL before USCIS can receive the petition. Gather your degree credentials, any transcripts, and employment verification letters in advance so the process moves without delays.

Find Sales Representative at First Help Financial JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does First Help Financial sponsor H-1B visas for Sales Representatives?
Yes, First Help Financial has sponsored H-1B visas for Sales Representative roles. The company operates in the auto lending sector and has worked with visa sponsorship for this function. If you're transitioning off F-1 OPT or already hold H-1B status, it's worth confirming sponsorship intent directly during the offer negotiation stage, as not every open Sales Representative position automatically includes it.
Which visa types are commonly used for Sales Representative roles at First Help Financial?
The most common pathways are H-1B sponsorship and F-1 OPT or CPT for candidates earlier in their careers. TN status is also an option for Canadian and Mexican citizens if the role qualifies under a recognized USMCA category. Each path has different timing requirements, so understanding which applies to your situation before you apply helps you plan your job search realistically.
What qualifications or experience does First Help Financial expect for Sales Representative roles?
First Help Financial primarily serves car dealerships and underbanked auto loan borrowers, so candidates with backgrounds in financial services, B2B sales, or loan product sales are well positioned. A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is typically expected, especially for visa-sponsored roles where USCIS requires the position to qualify as a specialty occupation.
How do I apply for Sales Representative jobs at First Help Financial?
You can browse current Sales Representative openings at First Help Financial through Migrate Mate, which filters roles by visa sponsorship type so you can confirm H-1B or OPT eligibility before applying. From there, prepare a resume that speaks directly to the company's focus on indirect auto lending and dealer relationships, since generic sales resumes are less competitive for this specific role.
How do I manage timing if my OPT is running out while interviewing at First Help Financial?
If your F-1 OPT is expiring, the critical date is the H-1B cap filing window, which opens April 1 each year for an October 1 start. If your OPT runs out before October 1 and you're not yet in cap-gap coverage, you'd need to be in a valid status or leave the country. Starting your job search at least six months before your OPT end date gives you the most flexibility to complete interviews and allow your employer time to file.
