Align your credentials to client-facing delivery
Genpact's Supply Chain roles are built around client engagements, not internal operations. Frame your resume around measurable outcomes in areas like procurement analytics, inventory optimization, or supplier risk, which match the consulting delivery model Genpact sells.
Pursue roles tied to specific industry verticals
Genpact organizes Supply Chain work by client verticals such as consumer goods, life sciences, and manufacturing. Targeting postings that name your industry background increases your fit score and signals you can contribute to live client work from day one.
Clarify sponsorship scope before your final interview round
Genpact sponsors multiple visa types for Supply Chain, but not every hiring manager knows which apply to your situation. Ask your recruiter directly which categories the team has filed for this role before you reach the offer stage to avoid delays.
Use Migrate Mate to filter open Supply Chain roles at Genpact
Sponsorship-eligible Supply Chain openings at Genpact are not always labeled clearly on general job boards. Use Migrate Mate to surface verified sponsorship roles at Genpact filtered by function so you apply to positions where your visa type is already expected.
Understand how PERM timelines interact with your current status
If Genpact moves you toward an EB-2 or EB-3 Green Card, the DOL PERM labor certification process begins well before I-140 filing. Factor current PERM processing timelines, which can exceed a year, into your decisions about when to accept an offer and transition status.
Prepare your OPT or CPT documentation before onboarding begins
Genpact regularly hires F-1 students for Supply Chain roles, but onboarding timelines can be tight. Have your EAD card in hand, confirm your SEVIS record reflects authorized employment, and verify the employer name matches exactly before your start date to avoid E-Verify flags.

Find Supply Chain at Genpact JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Genpact sponsor H-1B visas for Supply Chain?
Yes, Genpact sponsors H-1B visas for Supply Chain roles. The company participates in the annual H-1B cap lottery for new hires and also files cap-exempt petitions where eligible. Supply Chain positions at Genpact typically qualify as specialty occupations given the analytical and systems-intensive nature of the work, which supports H-1B eligibility under USCIS standards.
How do I apply for Supply Chain jobs at Genpact?
You can apply directly through Genpact's careers portal or through Migrate Mate, which surfaces verified sponsorship-eligible Supply Chain openings at Genpact in one place. When applying, tailor your application to the specific client vertical or service line listed in the job description. Genpact's Supply Chain hiring often moves through structured interview rounds covering case-based problem solving and process knowledge.
Which visa types does Genpact commonly use for Supply Chain roles?
Genpact sponsors a range of visa categories for Supply Chain professionals, including H-1B, E-3 for Australian citizens, TN for Canadian and Mexican nationals, and F-1 OPT and CPT for students. For longer-term pathways, Genpact also supports EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card sponsorship, which typically begins after you've established tenure in the role.
What qualifications does Genpact look for in Supply Chain candidates needing sponsorship?
Genpact's Supply Chain roles generally require a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, operations research, or a related field. For H-1B and E-3 eligibility, the degree must align with the specific role. Practical experience with tools like SAP, Oracle, or supply chain analytics platforms is frequently cited in postings and strengthens both your application and your visa petition's specialty occupation argument.
How do I think about timing when pursuing a Supply Chain offer at Genpact on an H-1B?
If you need H-1B cap sponsorship, Genpact must file your petition in April for an October 1 start date. That means your offer and LCA filing with the DOL need to be completed weeks before the April 1 registration window opens. Starting your application process with Genpact in the preceding fall gives you the best chance of meeting that timeline.
