The Family Development Center is seeking to hire an Extra-Help Recruitment and Community Outreach Specialist to drive enrollment and community engagement across all three of the Family Development Center's grant-funded early childhood programs and assist with full-enrollment initiatives. The role also supports ERSEA functions, assisting with application intake, verifying eligibility, supporting family selection, and monitoring attendance and enrollment data for compliance, while maintaining accurate records and reporting to program leadership. Success in this role requires strong interpersonal skills, comfort with public speaking, cultural responsiveness, and flexibility for evening/weekend events.
