Job Roles at Shermco Industries
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Shermco Industries Green Card Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target roles with degree requirements
Shermco Industries typically sponsors Green Cards for positions requiring specialized education in engineering, quality assurance, or regulatory affairs. Roles with clear degree requirements in the Medical Devices sector are stronger candidates for EB-2 or EB-3 sponsorship.
Ask about sponsorship during the offer stage
Green Card sponsorship at Shermco Industries is employer-initiated and tied to specific roles. Raise the topic after receiving a job offer, not during early interviews, to avoid appearing premature before the company has assessed your fit for the position.
Search for verified sponsoring employers
When looking for Green Card-sponsoring roles in Medical Devices, use Migrate Mate, which surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history. This saves time compared to applying broadly and discovering sponsorship policies only after the interview.
Align your background with Medical Devices priorities
Shermco Industries prioritizes Green Card sponsorship for professionals whose expertise directly supports its Medical Devices operations. Candidates with backgrounds in compliance, device engineering, or quality systems are well-positioned for sponsorship conversations with the company.
Plan around the PERM labor certification timeline
Green Card sponsorship at Shermco Industries begins with PERM labor certification, a DOL-administered process that can take many months before USCIS petition filing. Starting employment early gives you more runway and keeps the process moving without unnecessary pressure.

Does Shermco Industries sponsor Green Card visas?
Yes, Shermco Industries sponsors Green Card visas for qualifying employees in the Medical Devices industry. The company files under both EB-2 and EB-3 categories, covering a range of professional and technical roles. Sponsorship is employer-initiated, so candidates should discuss eligibility with the hiring team after receiving a job offer.
Which roles at Shermco Industries are most likely to receive Green Card sponsorship?
Green Card sponsorship at Shermco Industries is most common in technical, engineering, regulatory, and quality-focused roles within its Medical Devices operations. Positions that require a specific degree in a related field tend to qualify for EB-2 or EB-3 sponsorship. Generalist or administrative roles are less frequently sponsored.
How do I apply for a Green Card through Shermco Industries?
Shermco Industries initiates the Green Card process on behalf of sponsored employees. It typically begins with PERM labor certification filed with the Department of Labor, followed by an I-140 immigrant petition with USCIS. As an employee, you work with the company's immigration counsel throughout. The process starts only after you're hired into a qualifying role.
How long does the Green Card process take at Shermco Industries?
The full Green Card process can take anywhere from two years to well over a decade, depending on your country of birth and the visa category used. PERM labor certification alone can take several months. Applicants from high-demand countries like India or China may face longer waits due to priority date backlogs in the EB-2 and EB-3 queues.
How do I find open Green Card sponsorship jobs at Shermco Industries?
The most efficient way to find verified Green Card sponsorship roles at Shermco Industries is through Migrate Mate, which filters employers by confirmed sponsorship history so you're not guessing at company policies. Look for roles in Medical Devices that match your technical background, and confirm sponsorship eligibility directly with the recruiter during the hiring process.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card sponsorship at Shermco Industries?
Employers sponsoring a Green Card through the PERM labor certification process must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role. The Department of Labor determines this rate based on the specific job title, location, and experience level. The prevailing wage is locked in during the PERM filing and applies through the entire Green Card process. You can look up current rates using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
