The Director of Operations will support the Vice President of Operations in planning, directing, coordinating, and overseeing day-to-day operational activities in area assigned. This role focuses on implementing efficient and cost-effective systems and processes within assigned operational areas to meet the organization's current and future needs. - Prepares and presents periodic performance reports and metrics for assigned operational areas to the Vice President of Operations and other relevant stakeholders.
