Position Summary
This role provides strategic direction for electrical system design, interdisciplinary coordination, QAQC leadership, and technical excellence throughout all phases of project delivery. Essential Functions
- Lead, manage, and participate in selection of offshore electrical engineering production teams, including assignment delegation, workflow coordination, technical oversight, and quality assurance across multiple concurrent projects.
- Establish clear communication protocols, production standards, and delivery expectations between domestic and offshore project teams to ensure schedule alignment and technical consistency.
- Review, mentor, and approve offshore team deliverables, ensuring adherence to firm standards, applicable codes, project requirements, and QAQC procedures.
