Align Your Credentials to Industrial Trade Standards
Integrated Power Services works across motor repair, transformer services, and power distribution. Certifications like EASA accreditation or NEMA standards familiarity signal hands-on competence that hiring managers in this industry look for before initiating sponsorship conversations.
Target Service Center Roles Over Corporate Openings
IPS operates regional service centers where most Manufacturing hiring happens. Apply directly to field and production roles tied to specific locations, not just headquarters listings. These roles are where active sponsorship need is most likely to arise.
Understand How TN Status Fits Manufacturing Roles
TN visas require the role to match a USMCA-listed profession. Manufacturing engineer and industrial engineer both qualify, but general production or technician roles typically do not. Verify your job title maps to an eligible category before requesting TN sponsorship from the employer.
Time Your Application Around H-1B Cap Deadlines
USCIS opens H-1B registration in March each year for an October 1 start date. If you need cap-subject H-1B sponsorship, your offer and I-129 petition must be in place before registration closes. Start conversations with IPS hiring managers well ahead of that window.
Use Migrate Mate to Find Active IPS Manufacturing Openings
Manufacturing roles at IPS are posted across multiple locations and rotate frequently. Use Migrate Mate to filter specifically for Integrated Power Services positions that are open to visa sponsorship, so you're applying to roles where sponsorship is already part of the hiring conversation.

Find Manufacturing at Integrated Power Services JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Integrated Power Services sponsor H-1B visas for Manufacturings?
Yes, Integrated Power Services has sponsored H-1B visas for Manufacturing roles. H-1B sponsorship is most relevant for positions that meet USCIS's specialty occupation standard, typically engineering or technical roles requiring a bachelor's degree in a specific field. Production or repair technician roles may not qualify, so confirm the job description aligns with specialty occupation criteria before pursuing this pathway.
How do I apply for Manufacturing jobs at Integrated Power Services?
You can browse and apply for Manufacturing openings at Integrated Power Services directly through Migrate Mate, which filters for roles open to visa sponsorship. IPS hires across regional service centers, so search by location as well as job function. Tailor your application to highlight hands-on industrial or electrical experience, as these are the qualifications IPS Manufacturing roles prioritize.
Which visa types does Integrated Power Services support for Manufacturing positions?
Integrated Power Services has supported H-1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN visas for Manufacturing roles. OPT and CPT are common entry points for recent graduates, while H-1B is suited for longer-term sponsorship. TN applies to Canadian and Mexican nationals in roles that map to a USMCA-listed profession, such as manufacturing engineer or industrial engineer.
What qualifications does Integrated Power Services look for in Manufacturing candidates?
IPS Manufacturing roles typically require experience in electrical systems, motor repair, transformer servicing, or industrial power distribution. For visa-sponsored positions, a relevant bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or industrial engineering strengthens both your application and the legal basis for H-1B sponsorship. Hands-on field or service center experience is often weighted heavily alongside academic credentials.
How do I know if an IPS Manufacturing role will lead to long-term visa sponsorship?
Ask directly during the offer stage whether the role is budgeted for H-1B sponsorship and whether the company has filed for similar positions before. IPS has an established sponsorship track record across Manufacturing functions. If you're currently on OPT, confirm whether the company is willing to file an H-1B petition before your OPT expires, since the cap registration deadline in March sets a hard planning window.
