Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Development Manager Jobs at Integrated Power Services Jobs
Frame your credentials around operational leadership
Integrated Power Services values Development Managers who can demonstrate measurable impact on manufacturing workflows. Before applying, document specific projects where you improved production capacity, managed capital programs, or led cross-functional teams in an industrial environment.
Target open roles across multiple service locations
Integrated Power Services operates service centers across the U.S., and Development Manager openings are distributed regionally. Applying to multiple locations increases your chances, since sponsorship decisions are often made at the business unit level rather than centrally.
Confirm TN eligibility before your interview
If you're a Canadian or Mexican citizen, the TN visa is a faster path than H-1B and requires no lottery. Verify your specific role and degree qualify under the TN engineering or management category with USCIS guidelines before your first hiring conversation.
Use Migrate Mate to surface active openings
Development Manager roles at Integrated Power Services aren't always posted on general job boards. Search Migrate Mate to find current sponsorship-eligible openings at the company and filter specifically for visa types you qualify for, so you're only pursuing roles with a clear path.
Clarify H-1B timing with the recruiter early
H-1B cap-subject petitions can only be filed once per year, with an October 1 start date. If you're mid-job-search, ask the recruiter directly whether the company plans to file in the next cap season so you can align your offer timeline with USCIS deadlines.
Prepare your OPT or CPT documentation before an offer
If you're on F-1 OPT, confirm your STEM extension eligibility and have your EAD card and DSO authorization ready before an offer is extended. Integrated Power Services will need to verify your work authorization through E-Verify, and delays in documentation can stall your start date.

Find Development Manager at Integrated Power Services JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Integrated Power Services sponsor H-1B visas for Development Managers?
Yes, Integrated Power Services has sponsored H-1B visas for Development Manager roles. Sponsorship is tied to specific openings and business need, so availability depends on the role and location you're targeting. Reaching out early in the hiring process to confirm sponsorship intent for a specific position is the most reliable approach.
How do I apply for Development Manager jobs at Integrated Power Services?
You can find Development Manager openings at Integrated Power Services through Migrate Mate, which filters for roles that include visa sponsorship. Once you identify a relevant position, apply directly and be upfront about your visa status in your cover letter or early in the screening process so the recruiter can confirm sponsorship availability from the start.
Which visa types are commonly used for Development Manager roles at Integrated Power Services?
Integrated Power Services sponsors H-1B visas as the primary long-term work visa for Development Managers. For candidates currently in the U.S. on an F-1 student visa, OPT and CPT provide short-term work authorization while an H-1B petition is prepared. Canadian and Mexican nationals may also qualify for TN status, which can be obtained at a port of entry without the H-1B lottery.
What qualifications does Integrated Power Services expect for Development Manager roles?
Development Manager roles in manufacturing typically require a bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field, along with experience managing capital projects or operational development programs in an industrial setting. Integrated Power Services focuses on candidates who understand power services or rotating equipment environments, so background in electrical infrastructure or industrial maintenance is a strong differentiator.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take for a Development Manager at Integrated Power Services?
Timeline depends on your visa category. H-1B sponsorship follows an annual cap cycle, with petitions filed in April for an October 1 start date. TN status for eligible Canadian and Mexican nationals can be obtained much faster, often within days at a port of entry. F-1 OPT authorization should be requested from your DSO at least 90 days before your intended start date to avoid gaps in work authorization.
