Responsibilities:
As a Quality Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Driving corrective actions and preventive measures to ensure product quality and reliability.
- Conducting root cause analysis to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Managing nonconformances by implementing effective corrective actions and monitoring their effectiveness.
- Overseeing the quality of electro-mechanical products, ensuring they meet company and industry standards.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate quality control tools and processes into daily routines.
- Developing and maintaining quality control systems, procedures, and documentation.
- Participating in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Providing technical guidance and training to the team to enhance their understanding of quality standards and procedures.
- Continuously monitoring and reporting on quality-related key performance indicators (KPIs).
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quality Engineer.
- Proven experience in driving corrective actions, conducting root cause analysis, managing nonconformances, and overseeing the quality of electro-mechanical products.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methods and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
- Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, with a keen eye for detail.
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification will be a plus.
