Our company is seeking a dynamic, innovative and experienced OSP Engineering Manager to lead our Outside Plant (OSP) Engineering team. This position requires a unique individual with a background in Quality Assurance, FTTH, FTTB, Telecommunications, and OSP Engineering. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As an OSP Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing all aspects of OSP engineering, including design, construction, and maintenance of our outside plant network.
- Ensuring quality assurance and control in all OSP engineering projects.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team of OSP engineers.
- Managing the deployment of FTTH and FTTB networks.
- Collaborating with other departments to integrate OSP engineering activities.
